Sage North America today announced the appointment of Donald Deshaies as vice president of channel management. Sage is a leading global provider of accounting, ERP and other business management applications and services for small and medium-sized businesses, with more than 3 million customers in the U.S. and Canada.
With over 20 years of experience in the technology space comprising ERP and CRM as well as cloud and on-premises software and services, Donald’s knowledge and expertise will lead the Sage channel organization and support the Sage brand experience for partners and customers. He will be responsible for continuing the organization’s growth strategy to strengthen the Sage channel, working with partners to create lasting innovation through its product portfolio and programs.

Prior to Sage, Donald managed businesses and teams with a focus on international alliances, channel strategy, channel management, operations, as well as program and project management. His breadth of experience in management ranges across work with tech start-ups, early stage companies and multinationals including Microsoft, Great Plains Software and Solomon Software. Donald’s previous roles include global director of partner strategy, general manager and vice president of channel management. He also brings great depth of experience working with customers in professional services, distribution, manufacturing, public sector and retail.
